Product Care: If your shoes are dirty, we suggest that you first clean them with a damp cloth. Use a cleaning and conditioning crème for the leather shoes. Gel insoles come standard in Dr. Comfort shoes. Delivering gel padding under the metatarsals and heel, these inserts provide medial and lateral stability for proper bio-mechanical support, balance and comfort.
Heat Moldable Inserts (EVA)
Heat-moldable inserts may be necessary for individuals who need more support and a more form-fitting insole. Made from 40 durometer blue EVA and a soft polyethylene (PE) top cover, these inserts provide medial and lateral stability delivering individuals with proper bio-mechanical support and balance. Not standard in Dr. Comfort shoes and will require a prescription.
EXOS®
A personalized alternative to over-the-counter inserts offers patients a better fit. The EXOS is the latest functional therapeutic orthotic that can mold to the patient’s foot within minutes, providing an improved fit of their shoes for better support and comfort. Exclusively from Dr. Comfort.
