Product Care
- Clean your shoes regularly – this will give life back to the leather!
- If your shoes are dirty, we suggest that you first clean them with a damp cloth to get them ready for an application of shoe cream.
- Use a cleaning and conditioning cream for the leather shoes. This cream will keep the leather clean and supple. Leather creams can be found at any drug, shoe or grocery store.
- Simply apply the cream with a clean dry cloth and work it into the leather. Buff or brush out to provide a fresh finish. If needed, a colored shoe cream may also be used.

Heat Moldable Inserts (EVA)
Heat-moldable inserts may be necessary for individuals who need more support and a more form-fitting insole. Made from 40 durometer blue EVA and a soft polyethylene (PE) top cover, these inserts provide medial and lateral stability delivering individuals with proper bio-mechanical support and balance. Not standard in Dr. Comfort shoes and will require a prescription.
EXOS®
A personalized alternative to over-the-counter inserts offers patients a better fit. The EXOS is the latest functional therapeutic orthotic that can mold to the patient’s foot within minutes, providing an improved fit of their shoes for better support and comfort. Exclusively from Dr. Comfort.
