Ordering custom products just got easier! Partnered with the Comfort Scan Mobile™ app, the Dr. Comfort website now allows you to order custom made products. The following products are available to order:
- Custom Diabetic Inserts (A5514)
- Toe Fillers (L5000)
- Functional Orthoses
- Total Contact Orthoses
- Shoe Modifications
Get started today by downloading Dr. Comfort’s Comfort Scan Mobile™ app on your iPhone or iPad. Scanning options include:
- Using the front facing, FaceID camera on compatible iPads and iPhones
- Using the Occipital 3D scanning camera attachment and a compatible iPad
Socks should be worn with shoes and custom inserts. This will help protect feet and help to prevent odorous inserts.
If inserts require cleaning, an alcohol wipe can be used on the top layer.
Do not submerge inserts in water. Do not place inserts in a washing machine or dryer. Doing this could compromise the adhesive layers.
Custom diabetic inserts should be changed out every 4 months or as your healthcare professional advises.
If you experience any pain, swelling, sensation changes, or any unusual reactions while using this product, consult your medical professional immediately. Check your feet each day for redness.
